William "Billy" Fowler, Jr.

Spartanburg, SC - - William R. Fowler, Jr. ("Billy") died very peacefully at home in Spartanburg, SC, on April 15, 2021. He was the son of the late William R. Fowler, Sr. and Virginia Sanders Fowler. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was a retired electrician.

Billy is survived by his children, Melissa Upchurch Wyatt (Michael), William R. Fowler, III and Kinsey F. Truesdale and 5 grandchildren, his siblings, Linda F. Harris (Woody), Debra F. Brazee, Sandra J. Fowler and Cliff Fowler (Lisa).

A graveside memorial service will be held at Oakland Cemetery on Saturday, May 8 ^th @ 11:00 a.m. and the family will receive friends after the service. Social distancing and masks are requested.
