Zachary "Zach" Cason

Gaffney, SC - - Zachary "Zach" Andrew Cason, 28, of 370 Mayfield Road, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at his residence.

Born in Anderson, he was the husband of Amber Simmons Cason of the home and son of Van Cason and Christy Lollis Cason of Belton.  He was a graduate of Belton Honea Path High School, worked for Adidas, and was a member of East Spartanburg Church of God where he was on the Praise Team.  He loved his family, music and enjoyed Pokémon and video gaming.

In addition to his wife and parents, also surviving are two sons, Thomas Cason of Travelers Rest and Jacob Benton of Gaffney; two daughters, Makayla Benton and Emma Cody, both of Gaffney; paternal grandfather, Paul Cason of Belton; uncle, Brian Lollis of Belton; brother-in-law, Thomas Reynolds of Spartanburg; sister-in-law, Ashley Dillon of Gaffney; parents-in-law, Kirk and Gina Reynolds of Gaffney; special great-aunt, Judy Brock of Honea Path; a cousin, Chris Lollis (Faith) of Spartanburg.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Holt, maternal grandparents, Donnie & Jewel Lollis and his uncle, Michael Lollis.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Blakely Funeral Home.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, June 21, 2024 at East Spartanburg Church of God with Reverend Jason Cantrell and Reverend Randy Smith officiating.
