Pete Daniels

Gaffney, SC - - William Lee "Pete" Daniels Sr., 61, of 111 Spencer Circle, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his residence.

Born in Newport, TN, he was the husband of Sarah Mullinax Daniels and the son of Hubert Lee Daniels of Newport, TN and the late Shirley Ireland Fuller. He was an avid Gamecock fan, enjoyed fishing, racing and loved his dog "Phoebe" and had a great love for his family. Mr. Daniels was employed with Carolina Collision and a member of Love Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, also surviving are four sons, James Crow, Jason Crow (Jackie), William Lee "Petey" Daniels Jr. and Randy Waters Jr., all of Gaffney; four daughters, Kaycie Daniels (Everardo), Ashley Daniels, Summer Daniels and Taylor Mode, all of Gaffney; a brother, Robert Fuller of Spartanburg; a sister, Sissy Jolley of Gaffney; thirteen grandchildren and one on the way; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Daniels was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Daniels.

The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 3:00PM on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Love Springs Baptist Church.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00PM at the Church with Dr. Ron Culbertson, Reverend Joe Brackins and Mr. Tim Spencer officiating.  Interment will be in the Love Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of Sissy Jolley, 786 Garvin Lake Road.
