Sybil Hill

Gaffney, SC - - Sybil Faye Childers Hill, 77, of 3251 Chesnee Highway, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at her residence.

Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Roy Nesbitt Hill and daughter of the late Onnie Childers and Vivian Reynolds Childers.  She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, retired from Ingles, and a member of Pacolet Road Baptist Church.  She loved her family, singing and artwork.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Tabatha Keenan (Joe) and Tammy Hughey, both of Gaffney; a son, Tim Hill of Gaffney; two brothers-in-law, Terry Hill (Judy) and James Hill, both of Gaffney; a sister-in-law, Kathy McMurray of Gaffney; two grandchildren, Brianna Clormann (Cody) and Justin Hill; a great-granddaughter, Laynie Clormann; numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Tim Hughey, a brother, Joe Childers and a sister, Carolyn Wilson.

No services are scheduled.
