Michael Poole

Cowpens, SC - - Michael Kenneth Poole, 60, of 253 Starr Circle, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born in Spartanburg, he was the husband of Peggy Easterling Poole and son of the late Kenneth Blake and Eva Poole.  He retired from Benor Trucking after 35 years of service, attended Full Salvation Church of God in Cowpens, and was of the Baptist faith.  He loved his family, hunting and fishing.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Kenneth Poole of Gaffney; a brother, Stephen Weathers of Cowpens; two sisters, Wanda McKinney (fiancé Adam Greene) of Easley and Linda Gail Weathers of Spartanburg; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Weathers and a sister, Joann Weathers.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Reverend Rick Pridmore officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.

The family will be at their respective homes.
