Martha Lowe

Cowpens, SC - - Martha Kay Jones Lowe, 80, of 620 Humphries Road, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Cherokee Medical Center.

Born in Spartanburg, she was the wife of Boyce Lowe and the daughter of the late James C. Jones and Della Henson Jones. She was a retired Child Care Provider and enjoyed reading, especially her bible. Mrs. Lowe was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Prayer Group and the Fellowship Sunday School Class.

In addition to her husband, also surviving is a son, Bill Lowe (Melyssa) of Spartanburg; two grandchildren, Dylan Lowe and Tyler Lowe; two great-grandchildren, Lynleigh Lowe and Mason Lowe; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by three brothers, Coy Jones, Roy Jones and Glenn Jones.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00PM at the church with Reverend Dennis Spencer and Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating. Interment will be private for the family.
