Martha Driskill

Gaffney, SC - - Martha McFalls Driskill, 82, of 403 Hardin Drive, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Upstate Community Hospice House.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of the late R. H. "Tootsie" Driskill and daughter of the late John McFalls and Mittie Honeycutt McFalls.  She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, a homemaker and member of Temple Baptist Church.  She loved her family and going out to eat, especially to Cracker Barrel.

Surviving are two daughters, Susan Driskill (Shane Belue) and Karen Vanderburg (Mark), both of Gaffney; three sisters, Linda Hughey, Marion Shehan (Dean) and Cathy Wood (Johnny), all of Gaffney; two grandchildren, Justin Driskill and Heather Vess; four great-grandchildren, Hailey Driskill, Jace Hudson Driskill, Lilly Driskill and Mason Owens; numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Spencer.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Agape Hospice, especially Courtney Kirby.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Frederick Memorial Gardens with Dr. Ron Culbertson officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Agape Senior Hospice, 100 N. Limestone Street, Gaffney, SC 29340.

The family will be at their respective homes.
