Lori Marinucci

Gaffney, SC - - Lori Ann Byers Marinucci, 61, of 288 Dry Fork Road, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Jerry Anthony Marinucci and the daughter of the late Clyde E. Byers and Patricia Inez Smith Byers. She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, enjoyed traveling and had a great love for her family. Mrs. Marinucci formerly worked at Newark and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, also surviving is a son, Joshua Caleb Marinucci of the home; two step-sons, Joseph Marinucci of Gaffney and Jerry Marinucci III (Michelle) of Boiling Springs; a step-daughter, Heather Marinucci of Chesnee; two sisters, Patty Roberts (Charles) and Teresa Clyde, both of Gaffney; a grandson, Giovanni Marinucci; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mark Robertson officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
