Lisa Ann Franklin

Gaffney, SC - - Lisa Ann Franklin, 53, of 400 Bonner Lake Road, Apt. B8, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 7, 2024 at her residence.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of Ann Haulbrooks Holland of Shelby, NC and stepdaughter of Jerry Holland.  She was of the Baptist faith.  She cherished being a "Nonnie" to her grandson, Canaan Layne, loved her family, and was an avid Prince fan.

Surviving in addition to her mother and stepfather is a son, Bryan "Bebo" Franklin of Shelby, NC; a daughter, Marcie Kane (Macoumba) of Gaffney; a brother, Dennis "Rambo" Franklin (fiancé Dawn Sullivan) of Gaffney; a grandson, Canaan Layne Franklin.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Buck & Joan Haulbrooks and her great-grandmother, Ethel Dixon.

The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 3:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tim Osment and Mr. Michael "Smack" McDaniel officiating.   The family requests those attending the service wear purple or black.
