Laura Jill Daniels

Greenville, SC - - Laura “Jill” Daniels, 49, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at her home.

Born in Raleigh, NC, she was the long-time partner of John “Vic” Oglesby and the daughter of John “Jack” Yaden Daniels and Marsha Robbs Daniels. She was a content creator, enjoyed poetry, raising animals, fishing, gardening, photography, researching ancestry, and playing Wordle. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed watching Dr. Charles Stanley.

Laura Jill is survived by a son, Andrew Daniel-Dean Stokes (Katherine) of Durham, NC; a daughter, Laura Amber Chadwick (Tanner) of Ridgeland, SC; a sister, Bonnie Daniels Fairchild (Anthony) of Harrisburg, NC; two uncles, Donnie Robbs (Kayla) and Tommy Robbs (Jovie); a nephew, Luca Wilks Fairchild; and many cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00PM in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
