Joe Jolley

Chesnee, SC - - Joey “Joe” Dale Jolley, of 1311 Fish Camp Road, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Spartanburg, he was the husband of Lisa Griffin Jolley and the son of the late Joe Jolley and Swannie Smith Jolley. He was a graduate of Chesnee High School, loved to travel, visited all 50 states, had a great love for his family, especially his grandchildren and loved to share about his Lord and Savior. Mr. Jolley was a retired Truck Driver for McAbee Trucking for 35 years and was a member of Father’s Vineyard in Spindale.

In addition to his wife, also surviving are two sons, Joey Jolley (Hayley) and Chris Jolley (Jessica), both of Chesnee; and four grandchildren, J.R. Towery, Wendell Hudson, Axton Jolley and Hadley Jolley, whom he affectionally called “Sugarbabe”.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Monday, June 22, 2026 at Blakely Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:00PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Howell and Reverend Frank Cooper officiating.
