Gary Crutchfield

Cowpens, SC - - Gary Wayne Crutchfield, 73, of 131 Bradon's Way, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Cherokee Medical Center.

Born in Dover, Delaware, he was the husband of Ruth Harris Crutchfield and the son of the late William Crutchfield and Agnes Jolly Crutchfield. He was an avid Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves fan, loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and old muscle cars. Mr. Crutchfield was a member of The United States Air Force Reserve, was retired from a printing company and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, also surviving also is a step-son, Justin Wilmoth (Vanessa) of Rutherfordton; a step-daughter, Heather Jones (Kamara) of Charlotte; a sister, Wanda Stubblefield of Woodstock, GA; two grandchildren, Peyton Wilmoth and Haisley Jones; mother-in-law, Corena Harris of Gaffney; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1905.

The family will be at their respective homes.
