Randy Wooten

Cowpens, SC - - Dennis Randall "Randy" Wooten, 75, of 855 Battleground Road, passed away peacefully at home and moved on to his heavenly home on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Born in Spartanburg, he was the husband of Deborah "Debbie" West Wooten and the son of the late Silas Wooten and Virginia Smalley Wooten. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren and loved his furbaby "Samson". Mr. Wooten was retired from Hoechst Celanese and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, also surviving are two sons, David Wooten (Wendy) and Donald Wooten, both of Cowpens; a daughter, Miranda Wooten of Cowpens; a brother, Eddie Wooten (Viola) of Inman; thirteen grandchildren, Adam, Emily, Silas, Hayden, Lydia, Owen, Leah, Kenneth, Jaysen, Jaxon, Kaylin, Tanner and Tucker. Mr. Wooten was preceded in death by a brother, David Wooten; and a sister, Vickie Wooten.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
