Debbie Goode

Pacolet, SC - - Debra “Debbie” Ann Allen Goode, 69, of 399 Asbury Road, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Spartanburg Medical Center, surrounded by her two daughters.

Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of the late Donald Goode and the daughter of the late William Hubert Allen and Betty Smith Allen. She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, enjoyed cooking, traveling and loved flowers. Mrs. Goode was retired from Cherokee County Schools and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Surviving are Amy Phillips (Michael) and Katie Smith (Randy), both of Gaffney; Butch Allen of Pacolet; six grandchildren, Nicholas Phillips (girlfriend, Kaitlyn Roof), Tyler Bryant (girlfriend, Brittany Blackwell), Tanner Phillips, Juliana Phillips, Jaycee Smith (boyfriend, Christian Ruiz) and Jaycie Whelchel; two great-grandchildren, Adelyn Bryant and Gunner Bryant; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at Southside Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00PM at the church with Reverend Mark Robertson officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
