Constance "Connie" Goetz

Spartanburg, SC – Constance "Connie" Hawke Goetz, 83, of Allentown, NJ, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at her daughter's home.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the beloved wife of the late Herbert Goetz and the daughter of the late Daniel Hawke and Elizabeth Kendall Hawke. Connie enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in real estate, a profession she truly loved. Helping people brought her immense joy, and she was known for her boundless warmth and kindness. Connie had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel like a friend, lighting up any room she entered.

Her passion for people was matched only by her love for the beach, with her favorite place being her home on the Jersey shore. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and friend, cherishing her time with family above all.

Connie is survived by her son, Herb Goetz (Lori) of Allentown, NJ; her daughter, Patti Belcher (Rick) of Spartanburg, SC; her cherished brother, Don Hawke (Linda) of Jackson Springs, NC; five grandchildren, Andrew Belcher (Gechel), Amanda Andrews (Jeremy), Matthew Goetz, Kyle Goetz, and Alexis Goetz; and five great-grandchildren, Savannah, Adeline, Hudson, Miles, and Sunny. She was preceded in death by her faithful, loving soulmate, Bob Borden. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bill Hawke.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
